There are plenty of bodyweight resistance training moves that you can do in the comfort of your own home to attain your personal fitness goals.
Karina is passionate about working with people where they are at- whether that means outdoors, inside in a home, online, or in a personal gym/or shared condo space. Karina is happy to use whatever equipment one happens to have on hand, to bring her own, or to simply use minimal equipment and/or bodyweight exercises.
